it’s quite a shame to have stayed at such a ‘renowned’ hotel only to find bugs in the room and a bathroom light flickering like a cheap disco. i almost thought about giving a good review, but really expected a room upgrade as compensation for the inconvenience. very disappointed here, to say the least.

Friendly staff made me feel welcome during my stay.
I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The room had a roach, which was alarming and made my girlfriend and me uncomfortable. Additionally, the internet connection was severely lacking, making it difficult to stay connected. The bathroom layout was odd, placing the closet in an inconvenient spot, further detracting from our overall experience.

The staff was just wonderful, bending over backwards to help us out. The King Suite was spacious with a lovely terrace, perfect for coffee in the morning. Ope, don’t forget the beautiful pool with a bar—definitely a highlight! Just wish the pool hours were a bit longer. Can't complain though, such a cozy stay all around.
